New Membership Procedures



NEW MEMBERSHIP 


TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP

To be a member of Exhibition and Stand Design Association, the following conditions are required:

     1. To be a legal entity,

     2. To be a company which makes designs on fairs, sales points and exhibitions; draws projects, makes productions, imports and applies materials,

     3. To employ at least one university graduate designer (graphic designer, industrial product designer, architect etc.).


 

For membership application;

You need to complete Our Membership Application Form and send it to our mail address together with the documents listed below.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION

Company's:

  • Copy of Establishment in Trade Registry Gazette
  • In case Title and Scope of Work has changed, the Gazettes that include such changes
  • Copy of Trade Registry Gazette that includes the Executive has been selected.
  • Copy of the Tax Board
  • Copy of the Minutes Book Regarding the Selection of Person to represent the Company to be the Association Member.
  • Designer Diploma within the Company and Payroll
  • Reference Letter of SSTD Original Member which Recommended the Company
  • Portfolio and Brochure documenting the amount of Work Done, Experience and Authenticity.

The Representative's:

  • 2 Headshots
  • Certificate of Residence
  • Copy of the Birth Certificate
  • Copy of the Identity Card
  • Signatory Circular
