On March 27th 2014 SSTD (Association of Exhibition and Stand Designers) Chairman Kemalettin SOLMAZ along with General Secretary D. Oylun TİMUROĞLU and Member of Board of Management İsmail ASLAN negotiated with  the Manager of Technical Department Turhan ARUN in Hannover Messe.

In the negotiation in which the problems encountered in the fair  are discussed, the performance of similar operation with Hannover Messe was brought to the agenda with reference to the cooperation carried out by UBM İstanbul Fuarcılık and SSTD previously.

The consensus was achieved regarding initiation of these operations as of World of Industry WIN Metal Working (International Machine Production and Metal Processing Technologies Fair) to be organized by Hannover Messe on 5-8 July 2014 in Tüyap. Hannover Messe Technical Department Manager Turhan ARUN stated he believed that the support to be provided by SSTD regarding application of technical rules would make major contributions to the solutions of the problems encountered in the fairgrounds and work safety.

Accordingly, the mutual views regarding the technical guidelines and rules applied by Hannover Messe will be discussed and SSTD will carry out operations to encourage its members and the other representatives of the sector regarding application of this technical guidelines and rules. Hannover Messe will advise its participants and SSTD being sensitive for work and worker safety in the aforementioned fair.

SSTD Chairman Kemalettin SOLMAZ stated that the visit was efficient for them and he believed that the fair organization would reach safer and more contemporary structure by means of the successful cooperation to be performed with a brand such as Hannover Messe being a leader in fair organization sector in the world.
