IFES (International Federation of Exhibition and Services) was established as a union in which the associations of the companies performing exhibition and stand decoration are gathered. Then, the companies sought to become a member were registered as members.

Currently, Detay Tasarım, Mosem Tasarım (Sedef Fuar) and Stand Tasarım which are also members of our Association are direct members of IFES in our country. Apart from these, Asel Fair  and Point Fair  are the members of IFES. In 26.12.2013 dated General Assembly the general view regarding the membership of our Association in IFES was stated.

IFES organizes a summit in a different country of the world every year. Detay Tasarım, Mosem Tasarım (Sedef Fuar), Stand Tasarım and Fair Technic has initiated an operation regarding organization of 2016 IFES Summit in İstanbul. It was decided that the operations regarding performance of the of the congress in Turkey would be carried out in Association either in the negotiations practiced with IFES in Euroshop in February or at this meeting.

Consensus regarding performance of the correspondences related with IFES would be performed by using Association e-mail was reached.

 It was agreed that these organizations made contributions to acknowledge the countries in terms of the sector, have share from the world market, this congress would also make major contribution to the increase in the prestige of the sector.
